How the guarantee works

Every product sold on this website is covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. You do not need to return anything — the products are digital, and you may keep the files you have already downloaded.

If you bought more than one product from us (for example, the main guide plus an additional protocol), each purchase is covered separately and you may request a refund for one, several, or all of them.

How to request a refund

1. Send an email to support@themorningplate.com.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout, and the order number if you have it (it is in your purchase confirmation email).
3. Tell us which product you would like refunded, if you bought more than one.

We reply to every message within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

How long the money takes to come back

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, MundPay, and returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, the amount typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We do not charge any fee to process a refund.

Recognising the charge on your statement

Your card or bank statement will show a charge from MundPay, our payment service. If you see a charge you do not recognise, please write to us before contacting your bank — we can almost always identify and resolve it the same day, and it saves you the longer dispute process.

Subscriptions

All of our products are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel.
